Introduction. An arteriovenous fistula is one of the complications that can occur during percutaneous liver biopsy (PLB). Hepatic with chronic bleeding from puncture site on skin an extremely rare complication following PLB. Case report. We present a 35-year-old woman secondary anemia caused by at granuloma previous performed 7 years ago. The patient was examined and treated for several due to anemic syndrome. pathological communication between right hepatic vein, anterior sectional branch portal posterior arterial were detected computed tomography scan proven fistulography. Due failed embolization, laparotomy performed, where tumor mass found in VI VII segment liver, which communicates skin. removed atypical resection segments. hemorrhage, reexploration surface resected parenchyma. released home treatment two weeks after last operation. Conclusion. Although PLB safe procedure, form sometimes occurs but spontaneous cessation.
